Hendricks & Lewis firm members are well versed in all aspects of municipal and public disclosure law, including public authorities, public financing and public records access. One of the firm’s partners, O. Yale Lewis, Jr., is responsible for Washington’s Public Authority Legislation and drafted the initial organic documents for Seattle’s Public Authorities, which have been reproduced throughout the state. Mr. Lewis is also responsible for the initial organizational concept and organic documents of the Alaska Railroad Corporation, a statutory public corporation of Alaska.

The firm also has broad experience in gaining access to public records, starting with the federal Freedom of Information Act and Washington’s Public Open Meetings Act.
